Jumps
The approach, arm placement, leg placement/ flexibility, landing, and timing.
Single Jump/ Jump Sequence

Single jump into back handspring is required. Single jump into tuck or better is preferred.

Tumbling - Non Spring Floor
The technique, body control, landing, and timing.
Standing Tumbling

Standing two back handsprings into layout or better is required.

Running Tumbling

Running round off back handspring layout or better is required.
Stunting
Partner Stunt / Pyramid

Flyer: body control, flexibility, motion placement, legs straight/locked and toes pointed. *Switch up liberty and heel stretch with full down cradle is required.

Base/Backspot: stability of stunt, solid stance, feet stationary, shoulder position
Toss

Flyer: body control, consistent execution of skill/trick, legs straight/locked and toes pointed, arm placement. *Toe touch basket is required. Kick double, tuck basket, or better is preferred.

Base/Backspot: use of arms and legs to throw, solid stance, shoulder position, timing
Males
